Amy Huff-Harris is an assertive and compassionate advocate for her clients. She graduated from Suffolk University Law School, magna cum laude in 2004 while also earning a Master’s in Public Administration from the Frank Sawyer School of Management at Suffolk University . She received her B.A. in Communications from Emerson College.

Attorney Huff-Harris is experienced in handling divorce, paternity, child custody, parent’s rights, parenting time, parental alienation, child support, alimony, property division, father’s rights, grandparents’ rights, and domestic violence cases (including both 209A emergency hearings and 209A defense). She also has experience serving the unique challenges of military and LGBT communities.
Recognizing that children need both parents to actively participate in their lives, Attorney Huff-Harris is a strong advocate for maximizing time with each parent. She also believes parents have a responsibility to insulate their children from their domestic relations disputes and assists her clients in protecting their children from being in the middle of adult conflict.
