Pamela is an associate in the Firm’s Business Law department. She graduated from Northeastern University School of Law in 2016, where she served as Online Law Journal Editor of the Northeastern University Law Journal. Pamela also participated in the Robert F. Wagner National Labor and Employment Moot Court where she and her partner were octo-finalists. She received her B.A., magna cum laude, in English Literature from St. Lawrence University, where she was also a member of the Phi Beta Kappa National Honor Society.
Pamela represents clients in a wide array of business matters, including transactional and litigation needs.
Prior to joining the Firm, Pamela was a Law Clerk at Nixon Peabody, where she advised clients on zoning for complex real estate development projects, assisted with large real estate closings, and drafted various corporate documents including contracts, non-disclosure agreements, service agreements, operations agreements and limited partnership agreements.
Pamela also has experience representing entrepreneurs and has worked on civil litigation cases.
